From Insight to Real Change

For me, real change starts with looking at the underlying patterns and behaviors that are getting in the way. Or figuring out what someone needs to take the next step in their development.

People working from flow—you can see it, you can feel it. Everyone benefits.

Often, a training on “communication” or “working more effectively” is offered. The toolbox gets filled with models, tips, tools, and good intentions.
And then—real life kicks in. That’s when the real learning starts.

What I offer as a coach / In-house sparring partner


I provide one-on-one coaching for professionals*, and if desired, we can work together at an organizational level.
Support can start with just a few hours per week or month, in individual sessions or as a custom package. I believe in a tailored approach—always.

  • Supporting people in applying what they’ve learned—especially when things get busy

With 16 years of experience in HR and development roles, I’ve been a sparring partner for leaders and employees alike.
I’ve guided dozens of people through in-depth processes in all kinds of situations. I’m committed and experienced when it comes to personal and professional growth.

Since early 2024, I’ve been training in the Co-Active Coaching method. By summer 2025, I’ll be certified as a CPCC and affiliated with the ICF.
